Sizanani Business Coaches was founded by Mr Shaun Mpho Lanto, a Wits University accounting graduate and former investment banker with one of the big four South African banks. The founder saw an important need for coaching SMME owners in South African township markets and acted immediately upon that instinct to add value as a social entrepreneur.

The founding visionary believes that if we can help SMMEs across Africa participate in the global economy using modern technology, financial systems and digital tools to create value for global clients, then the African continent can be the next leading economy in the world. He has spent time grooming, mentoring and coaching business owners in the informal markets of Gauteng and providing them with support services such as cash flow management systems, bookkeeping, accounting officer services and modern digital and social media marketing.
