Sizanani Business Coaches was founded by Mr Shaun Mpho Lanto (a Wits University accounting graduate and former investment banker with one of the big 4 South African banks). The founder saw an important need for coaching SMME owners in South African township markets and acted immediately upon that instinct to add value as a social entrepreneur. The founding visionary believes that if we can help SMME’s across Africa participate in the global economy using modern technology, financial systems and digital tools to create value for global clients, then the African continent can be the next leading largest economy in the world. The company founder spent time grooming, mentoring and coaching business owners in the informal markets of Gauteng (South Africa) and providing them with support services such as cash flow management systems, bookkeeping services, accounting officer services and modern digital and social media marketing services.
