Beyond Hopes & Dreams

Beyond Hopes and Dreams is a motivational book dedicated to young African adults. It’s narrative is that, one’s future should not be determined by their poor background. Whether we are raised in a shack by a single parent or in a castle by both parents or grew up in an orphanage, it is still possible for us to be great in life. This excerpt takes the stance that, being born in poverty should not determine one’s fate. We must dare to dream and take cognizance of the fact that beyond our hopes and dreams, there are endless possibilities. There is a possibility of a better life that is free from substance abuse, violence in schools and other social-ills that derail our African society to achieving its dreams and being amongst the best in the world.
